20 April: wednesday
left for india. took the train to glasgow, the bus from the city to the airport. emirates flight from glasgow to dubai. emirates is a nice airline. dubai to chennai flight.
21 April: thursday
arrived in chennai. picked up at the airport by Senthil. delicious lunch, a bit of driving around the city, dinner with Max and his friend Katie
22 April: friday
temple visit, idli lunch (mmm), crocodile farm amazingness, got Tara from the airport, went back to the airport for our 4 am flight to the Andaman islands
23 April: saturday
arrived at port blair, took the ferry to havelock island. had lunch, swam in the bay of bengal, went sunset fishing, saw the sun set and night sky, caught 2 barracuda, met the chef who prepared our caught fish, ate a feast!
24 April: sunday
went to beach number 7, hunted down some kingfisher beers, had a great dinner, hung out on the porch listening to the storm
25 April: monday
went snorkeling (max and brittany scuba-ed), took the ferry back to port blair, had dinner, sought out some kingfishers and watched a bit of cricket.
26 April: tuesday
flight back to chennai, lovely lunch,
27 April: wednesday
went to see some awesome temples and things, had delicious kerolan for lunch, went to a state department event, went out around town
28 April: thursday
saw some religious sightseeing things in chennai, had lunch, hung out.
29 April: friday
brittany and i left chennai, flew to delhi. walked around connaught place in delhi. had 'mexican' for dinner.
30 April: saturday
purple, hop on hop off delhi sightseeing bus tour
