web remark and physio

friday, 16 september.

went to campus for the day. worked on data entry and copies and i dont know what stuff for the day.

went to see the physio doctor in the afternoon. he was really nice and was really aware of making use of his 30 minute appointment (which i was happy about because i had to pay for it). he took some notes and then had me move different ways and bent my legs and knees and whatnot.

he confirmed that it seems localized and that my range of movement and whatnot is good. so that's great. so he didn't think i'd need to see him again. he figures i tore a muscle or something deep inside from skating and just didn't let it heal yet.

he showed me some stretches and he then did dig his elbow into my hip - i wouldn't really say that it was a massage (and i ended up bruised from it) but i suppose maybe it did help.

he thinks that if i do some stretches that it'll go away so hopefully that'll work out.

i then sat and waited for the web remark guy to call me for an hour and a half. and he didn't call. and i had my email open in case there was a problem. and i still don't have an answer. but i do have absolutely zero hope of recovering my data and i'm trying not to be angry about that. but that's hard so i try not to think about it, which really isn't helpful.
