i worked at monkey bizness for much of the day yesterday. and while some of it was spent on the climbing wall and go carts, most of the time was cleaning. which is fine. really, i expected that. however the deep cleaning on sundays takes ages. it became evident to me that my liking of climbing things is not shared by all as someone needed to climb on the top of the entire frame to dust. becky apparently discovered her fear of heights, so i swapped tasks with her. all fine, i have no issue with the climbing or heights, however, that structure is difficult to navigate when only trying to walk only on the frame part. it was tedious and super obnoxious - oh and super dusty. i looked as though i rolled through it upon climbing down. that also was amusing as i figured out a way to do it (pretty easily) without needing to wait for the ladder - mildly concerning the people who had the ladder. but then again, they were the ones fearing the top.
i guess it just goes to show that i'd like to climb something. watching the kids go up the climbing wall over and over again and all - i'd like to try that. and we never did figure out our skydiving reward trip (yet! i'm holding on to that maybe happening somehow someday). and i'd love to do flying trapeze again. and other fun things.
