therefore, a bit cheekily, i've created a separate blog as an annex to house photographs and put the links in the posts to go to the pictures. i'm disappointed that the two can't continue to exist as one here, but at least the photos can be linked. we'll see how far that patch goes.
although if it was counting all the blogs up to this point, i should have awhile to go before i run out of space again (i'm not opting to purchase space). and i guess i'll also not upload as many. (sad, i know, if not for you then at least for me).
