23 monday
- pottery started. yay. a few people have stayed. new random possibly racist guy. may be interesting.
- work at the new, after school club
- orchestra

-met with adrian briefly

- went to the pub with jane-marie and had haggis, neeps, and tatties

26 thursday
- went to the opera with brittany. saw betroyal in a monastery. sung in english with english supertitles but it takes place in spain. was done by the conservatory uni students. was good. slow at some points, but that may be how it was. glad to get to see opera

27 friday
-met with adrian for a good hour or so and he was more like himself. was good. but the progress i felt i finally made kind of was taken away. lost some of that momentum for sure. janemarie had her last meeting with adrian as the handover to terry was made. crazy.
-went to the gym but didn't feel so great
- went to the blind poet pub with janemarie and ian. had some cider. had some banter with ian. discussed trying to do some outdoorsy see scotland stuff with them

28 saturday
- didn't feel great.
-watched tv for a good portion of the day
-had a pizza dinner with brittany
